Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@momaid.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll make it right. Reach out to us at info@momaid.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For the health and safety of all customers, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How do i use Boob aid nipple ointment?
Apply a small amount to the nipple and areola after each feeding or pumping session. A little goes a long way. For best results, pair with Boob Aid Nursing Pads to keep the ointment in place between feedings.
Can I use Boob Aid Nipple Ointment right before nursing?
Yes! You don't need to wipe off Boob Aid Nipple Ointment before feeding. It's formulated to be safe for both mom and baby during breastfeeding.
Does Boob Aid Nipple Ointment contain any fragrances or fillers?
No. Both formulas are free from fragrance, fillers, and unnecessary additives. Every ingredient is chosen with purpose to support your skin — nothing more, nothing less.
Can I use Boob Aid Nipple Ointment if I am exclusively pumping?
Absolutely. Boob Aid Nipple Ointment is just as effective for pumping moms. Apply after each pumping session to soothe and protect between uses.

About Mom Aid
Who Founded Mom Aid?
Mom Aid was founded by Melissa Denning, a mom of three who experienced painful nipple fissures and wounds while exclusively pumping with her youngest. After finding that traditional nursing pads made healing harder, she created Boob Aid — and Mom Aid was born from that mission to support parents through real moments of early parenthood.
