We want you to love your Mom Aid products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email us at info@momaid.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Exchanges If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll make it right. Reach out to us at info@momaid.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items For the health and safety of all customers, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
Refunds Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
